Located in the hub of Tankerton, Whitstable, it’s a 5-minute walk to the beach and a 10-minute walk to the famous Whitstable Harbour. With a great selection of shops and eateries on your doorstep, it's the perfect location for exploring this beautiful corner of Kent.

Location
Marguerita is located in Tankerton, Whitstable, on the Kent coast. It is a fabulous location with plenty to see and do. The famous Canterbury Cathedral is only 6 miles away. London is an hour by train.
The beach and Tankerton Slopes are on your door step and there are plenty of bike routes where you can cycle safely and enjoy the Kent countryside.
France is just an hour and a half away if you travel on the shuttle at Folkestone.
Groceries
You'll find a bakers, a butchers, + a Tesco Extra within walking distance. There also many artisan shops in Whitstable.

Beach Huts
Take a stroll around the colourful beach huts on the Tankerton Slopes.

Enjoy the many coastal cycle routes to either Whitstable, Herne Bay or Canterbury

Le Shuttle is only 20 miles away and it takes just 40 minutes to Calais.
Whitstable Castle
As well and being a fantastic wedding venue, you can also visit the castle gardens + tearooms.
Tennis
Tennis courts are a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
Eating + Drinking
Visit the many food outlets in the area within easy walking distance of the apartment.
Boat Trips
Zoom through the off-shore wind farm, visit the incredible Maunsell Forts or go seal spotting by boat from Herne Bay.
Canterbury
Visit the beautiful cathedral, stroll around its charming streets or take a picnic in one of England's oldest city parks, Westgate Gardens.
Golf
There are golf courses in Chestfield + Canterbury where they welcome visitors.
